Professor Liu introduction 

Graduated from university in 1983, professor level senior engineer, former chief expert of Beijing Yanhua Company, adjunct professor of Labor Economics School of First University of Economics and Trade. 

In February 2019, he was employed as the "three base" work consultant of Sinopec Catalyst Company. 

In August 2019, he was employed as a safety expert of China Chemical Association. 

In September 2023, he was employed as the chief expert of Chemical Construction and Equipment inspection and Maintenance Safety Professional Committee of China Occupational Safety and Health Association.

He is the author of 《We grasp management》, 《We grasp the scene》 and 《we grasp the three bases》,  《Refinery enterprise site safety Management》, 《Team safety Management》, 《New site safety training》, 《Typical Case Analysis of Hazardous chemicals storage and  transportation and other books.
